⚠ IMPORTANT NOTICE

Fortune Drive is not responsible for any item left in the vehicle. We may agree to keep them for you to collect within a reasonable time.

📋 Rental Terms & Vehicle Return

While renting the vehicle, provisional drop-off time will be specified when collected.
The Vehicle needs to be returned as mentioned at the specified Date and Time.
Delay of more than 30 minutes will attract hourly penalty charges.
Trip extension request must be made at least 6 hours before drop-off.
Standard rate will be applicable for trip extension.

⚠️ Customer Responsibilities & Penalties

Customer is responsible for all penalties and fines during rental.
Damage due to accident/mishandling/carelessness will be chargeable.
100% repair cost + daily tariff until vehicle is ready again.
Customer must inform Fortune Drive within 2 hours.
In theft case full market value of vehicle payable.

Driving Licence
Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Passport
College ID / Company ID

🚗 Vehicle Usage Guidelines

Vehicle Speed Limit: 80km/hr
KM Limit informed at pickup.
Vehicle must be driven by valid licence holder only.
Vehicle should not be used illegally/negligently.
Seat belt mandatory during trip.

⛽ Fuel & Additional Charges

Rental fare excludes fuel and toll taxes.
Fuel level should be same while return.
Less fuel will be chargeable.

⚖ Legal & Jurisdiction

All disputes subject to Bhubaneswar, Odisha jurisdiction only.
Customer bears legal proceeding costs if applicable.
Agreement may terminate if terms are breached.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Advance payment cancellation is non-refundable.
Trip cancellation after pickup is non-refundable.
Cancellation after formalities chargeable Rs.499/-
